World map 2: Electric Boogaloo

Happy Screenshot Saturday!

After showing off the world map in the previous video, I have made some alterations into it, including adding a proper background to the map, adjusting the landform placements somewhat, and edited the invisible walls and activators that replaces mimo’s sprites with the Happy Boat.

And speaking of sprites, Mimosa finally has proper overworld sprites! He can also run in the world map as well.

Lastly, Mimosa can now leave the level he’s currently in by exiting through the world map. Currently, there’s a bug where the pause screen wouldn’t show up at all after entering a level via the world map, but even though it was the result of the way I coded the level icon, I can’t seem to find a fix for it.
